Baklava
This sweet and sticky dessert is so addicting and delicious.

Instructions
To assemble:
- Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 9x13" glass baking dish with butter.
- Blitz pistachios and cinnamon in a food processor and set aside.
- Unroll phyllo dough. Cut the whole stack in half to fit the dish. Place two sheets of dough in pan, and butter thoroughly. Repeat until you have 8 sheets layered.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the nut mixture on top. Top with two sheets of dough, butter, and nuts, layering as you go. The top layer should be about 6 sheets deep.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the pastry into diamond shapes to the bottom of the pan. It's easier to slice 4 long rows and then make diagonal cuts.
- Bake for about 50 minutes until the baklava is golden and crisp.
- Make sauce while the baklava is baking. Boil sugar and water until sugar is melted. Add vanilla and honey. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Remove baklava from the oven and immediately spoon sauce over it. Let cool for about 30 minutes before enjoying :)
