Greek Chicken Souvlaki Wraps
Chicken Souvlaki and tzatziki are my favourite pairing, especially in a soft and fresh wrap with fresh veggies! Tzatziki belongs on everything in my opinion.

Flatbread:
- For flatbread, mix warm water, yeast and sugar and allow to bloom for 5 minutes to make sure the yeast is alive.
- Add yogurt, egg and whisk till combined.
- Add flour and salt and mix until it is a shaggy dough.
- Transfer dough to a work surface and knead for 7-10 minutes until it is a smooth dough ball.
- Oil the dough and place covered in a bowl for at least an hour to rest. You can make the tzatziki and marinate the chicken in this time.
- When ready to cook, divided he dough into 4 equal parts and roll out thin. Place a large pan on medium low heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Place dough in pan and cook for about 3 minutes until dough is bubbly and has golden brown spots on the bottom. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes and serve warm.
For chicken:
- For chicken, cube chicken into desired size and add to a bowl. Add all marinade ingredients to the chicken and mix until combined.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes. While you’re waiting, soak your skewers in water so that they don’t burn on the grill.
- Preheat grill to 450 F, and skewer chicken. Place skewers on grill and cook 3-5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature is 165F.
- To assemble, add tzatziki, 1 skewer of chicken, and any additional toppings. Wrap and foil and enjoy :)
