Garlic Sesame Beef Skewers
These skewers are a staple in my family! My Aunt used to make them for every barbecue and they were a definite crowd-pleaser! Get ready to try the most flavourful & tender grilled steak you've ever had.

Instructions
- To make preparation easier, you can ask your local butcher to thinly slice the beef into "fast-fry" steak but if doing it by hand, freeze the beef for about 20-30 minutes before prepping to make slicing easier. Slice roast into thin slices and set aside.
- Slice green onions and grate garlic cloves. Mix all ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl.
- Place beef into the marinade and mix till all the beef is fully coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight. (Trust me, it's so much better overnight.)
- An hour before you are planning to barbecue, soak your wooden skewers in warm water to prevent them from burning on the grill.
- Place slices of beef on the skewers overlapping them a bit. (See video) Do not overcrowd them too much.
- Preheat barbecue to 450 F and grill skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy. Enjoy :)
