Shrimp Po' Boys
These southern sandwiches are a perfect sandwich if you're in the mood for a tangy and crispy dinner. The perfectly seasoned shrimp have so much flavour and are perfect for the summer.

Instructions
- Mix seasonings together and add 1/2 to the dried off shrimp and toss to combine.
- Add the other half of the seasoning to the flour/cornstarch in another bowl
- Add buttermilk, pickle juice and hot sauce to a bowl and mix to combine.
- Preheat fryer to 375 F. Dip shrimp in flour mixture, then buttermilk mixture, then once again in the flour.
- Fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- To make sauce, mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Toast bread in butter and assemble with sauce on both sides, shrimp and desired toppings. Enjoy :)
