Lobster Rolls
My sister brought me back fresh Lobster meat from when she visited the East Coast, so of course, I had to make Lobster Rolls! I’ve never had one so I measured to taste and they turned out fantastic!

To prepare:
- Dice up your cooked lobster meat into bite-sized chunks and add to a bowl.
- Add in your lemon juice, mayo, grated garlic and finely diced chives, celery, and dill. Add salt to taste and mix to combine.
- For your rolls, toast the sides of the roll with butter in a pan, about 3 minutes per side on medium heat.
- Pile your creamy lobster filling into your buns. Top with additional chives and a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy :)
