Lobster Rolls

My sister brought me back fresh Lobster meat from when she visited the East Coast, so of course, I had to make Lobster Rolls! I’ve never had one so I measured to taste and they turned out fantastic!

Instructions

To prepare:
  1. Dice up your cooked lobster meat into bite-sized chunks and add to a bowl.
  2. Add in your lemon juice, mayo, grated garlic and finely diced chives, celery, and dill. Add salt to taste and mix to combine.
  3. For your rolls, toast the sides of the roll with butter in a pan, about 3 minutes per side on medium heat.
  4. Pile your creamy lobster filling into your buns. Top with additional chives and a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy :)
